Hadi Choopan at the 2019 Vancouver Pro

First things first, a HUGE congratulations to Hadi Choopan on winning the 2022 Mr. Olympia – VERY well deserved!

On the heels of that huge win, I want to do a throwback to the 2019 Vancouver Pro. I honestly feel like this was the catalyst that shot him into the stratosphere.

Hadi Choopan absolutely DESTROYED everybody on stage. Like, you just had to laugh when he walked out onto the stage. I believe this was his first time competing in the men’s open bodybuilding category, after doing his thing in the 212.

After this, of course, he competed in the open in the 2019 Olympia. And it was all up from there!
